How to prepare White Puttu

• Take 500g (2.5 cup) Brahmins White Puttu powder in a medium sized bowl, add salt as required.

• Add 375 to 400 ml (2 cup) water, mix well. Keep it for 10 minutes Put the mixture in puttu maker with coconut scrapings.

• Steam it for around 10 minutes (till it cooks) .

• To make it more soft, put the mixture in mixer and mix for 1 minute before cooking
