Cauliflower Lollipop

While hosting a party for friends and family, the main expectation of the visitors is always food. The most preferred appetite is always yummy snacks, fried juicy food, chips, drinks, and whatnot. One of those mouth-watering snacks is Cauliflower Lollipop. Anyone from anywhere could try this out for its drooling red colour with the crispy and mushy body and authentically unbelievable tangy taste. These are the types of life-saver dishes in a foodie’s life.

Ain’t that hard, but easy and fast to prepare. Feeling bored while watching series or movies, if want something crunchy and munchy this would be the best option.

HOW TO MAKE

  • In a boiling pan, add water and cauliflower to it for boiling.
  • Add salt and turmeric powder as mentioned in TB1. 
  • After the cauliflower gets boiled, drain and keep it aside.
  • Then in another bowl, add all the ingredients of TB2 and mix. Add some water so as to make the batter consistent and thick. 
  • Keep it aside.
  • Now in another bowl, add all the ingredients of TB3 and mix really well maintaining the thickness.
  • Now take each piece of the boiled cauliflower and dip it in the 1st batter and dust some maida on the piece and dip in the 2nd batter. After all the cauliflowers are dipped with the mixtures, set the frying pan with oil on medium flame.
  • As the oil gets heated, add the pieces to the oil and deep fry it. As the color changes to red and crispy take it out to be plated.

It tastes so good with ketchup and a hot cup of tea or coffee. Even a mojito would be amazing.
