How to prepare Wheat Puttu
Take 500g (2 ½ cup) Brahmins Wheat Puttu powder in a medium sized bowl, add salt as required.
Add 350 ml ( 1 ½ cup) water, mix well. Keep it for 10 minutes Put the mixture in puttu maker with coconut scrapings.
Steam it for around 10 minutes (till it cooks)
To make it more soft, put the mixture in mixer and mix for 1 minute before cooking
